What is Lymphatic Massage? Manual lymph
drainage, also known as the Vodder Technique is a treatment practiced by a
certified Manual lymph drainage therapist. Manual lymph drainage is effective
through the pumping and stretching effect on the lymph vessels. Manual lymph
drainage stimulates contractions of the lymph vessels, which in turn assist the
movement of lymph forward. This action drains connective tissues. Overall,
manual lymph drainage can be used to treat the following conditions:
