Services Baggage Storage: We will store your bags for you when needed.
Suitcases are not allowed in public areas. Please ask for assistance. 0A
Banks & ATM: Bancomer with ATM located on Cinco de Mayo next to Super
Market. Bank Hours: 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. Monday-Friday. ATM is 24 hours. Two other
ATM's are located on Cinco de Mayo in the next block to the North (HSBC Bank)
and the next block to the South (BANORTE) on the corner of Avenue Revolucion.
A Banamex Bank is located on the corner of Zaragoza and Aniceto Villamar.
Check-In Time: 3:30 P.M or by arrangement. Our reserva tion greeting desk
closes at 11:00 PM. You must check in and get your keys before this time or
call for special arrangements. Checkout Time: 1:00 PM or by arrangement.
You are welcome to enjoy the Villa past the room check-out time. The Spa rest
rooms are available for you to shower and change clothes, if needed. Shampoo
and body soap are provided in the showers. We will store your bags for you. Suitcases
are not allowed in the public areas. Classes: Spanish classes, all levels,
individual and group can be arranged. Yoga classes and other classes
can be arranged. Ask the Innkeeper. Chi gong classes are scheduled on
Monday at 9:00 am on the spa terrace, here at Tepoz Fuego. Cost $100.00 pesos.
Mexican cooking Classes are available here with our Chef Noé.

There are fireplaces in the Living Room, on the Terraces and in the Oaxaca Suite.
In season, fires will be laid and an extra basket of wood placed in your room
(Oaxaca Suite). More wood is available in wood racks outside of the Media room
or in the Spa area. There may be a charge for wood for large time periods of usage
as determined by the Inn Keeper. Wood is very expensive in Mexico. Food
and Beverages: Breakfast: We serve breakfast between 9:00 AM and 11:00
AM on the Terrace or in the Dining Room for registered guests included in the
room rate. After 11:00 AM registered guests are welcome to purchase breakfast.
Non-registered guests may purchase breakfast. A fee will be charged for food shared
with non-registered guests. Coffee is available at 8:00am on the weekends on the
terrace. Food and Drink < /u> Purchased off the Premises: No food
or drink purchased outside of our facility are allowed in the public areas
of the Villa. Only in=2 0your rooms can this food and drink be consumed unless
permission has been given by the management. There is a $20USD corking fee
for any wine service for you in your room or elsewhere that was not purchased
at the Villa. Please keep unused food covered or wrapped in your room. Food
Delivery: Pizza Fiesta- Ave. Revolución #50. Ph.: 395-1717. Open 2- 10:00
p.m. Closed Monday. Ask to be sent in a taxi. Cost for pizza plus taxi. Lunch
to go: Packed lunches are available for a fee. Please request the night before.
Restaurant Jardin Meals/ Refreshments: The Villa is proud to have
Chef Noé and Chef Alvaro available for your refreshment and nourishme nt
needs. Complete meals, snacks, soft drinks, beer, wine, alcohol, fruit drinks,
hot drinks and the biggest and best Margaritas in town can be purchased on the
premises. See Food and Beverage Menus located on the Terraces. The Chef will be
glad to inform you of any specials or to make any meal to order. The Restaurant
is open daily 9am to 9 pm for registered guests. Forgotten Something?
Let us know. Handicapped Access: We offer three rooms (Garden Suite,
Flamenco Room and Huichol Room) on the first floor that a not severely handicapped
person would have easy access to our Villa. This means that they would only have
one step to climb in their full access to our Inn. Holistic/Spa
Salon Services: Conducted on premises by appointment only. Acupuncture, Acupressure,
Reiki, Plant Spirit Medicine, 7 types of Massages including Shiatsu, Facials,
Exfoliation, Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Hairstyling/straightening, Hair cuts
and Make-up. Wedding packages are available. See Spa section. Ice: Ice
is available upon request. Internet < b>Access: We have a complimentary
wireless Internet System so you can use your laptop anywhere on the premises.
A computer station with Internet access is located in the Media Room, entrance
off the garage. There are many internet cafés in Tepoztlán. Cost
for printing at the Villa is 5 pesos per page. Keys: Please turn in your
room keys before you leave. Any guest key sets not turned in at check out will
result in a $25 USD charge. Laundry: Our Staff will launder and fold your
clothes. $80.00 pesos per load. Mail Service: See Innkeeper. Money
A money exchange booth "Casa de Cambio" is located on Cinco de Exchange:
Mayo across from "Super Tepoz". Newspaper: Many Mexican newspapers
are located in the center of town. There is one newspaper in English in the center
of town. Parking: We have on street parking and parking available behind
a locked gate on the property across the street. The off-street parking is
open for vehicle entry and exits from 9:00 AM through 9:00 PM. On street
parking has been safe with no incidents to report. We are not responsible
for vehicles or their contents. You park at your own risk. From 9:00 PM to
9:00 AM there is only off street parking available. Pharmacies: Look for
"Farmacias.". Located on the corner of Matamoros and Cinco de Mayo (Avenida
del Tepozteco); and on the corner of Cinco de Mayo and Buena Vista. Another called
Villamar on Cinco de Mayo, on the left going out of town. < /span>Servicio
Médico y Farmacia "Santa Fe", on Cinco de Mayo # 45, San Miguel,
Tepoztlán, ph.: 395 10 06 and 395 15 57. Pets: We have a dog named
Ricky and a cat named Lucy who live on the premises. They are very friendly
but we ask you not to feed them during your stay. Pool: & nbsp; We
do not have a life guard working at the Villa. Swimming is at your own risk
and we ask that children are not left unsupervised. No eating of food in the
Jacuzzi or pool. Please shower after massages before using the pool or jacuzzi. Smoking:
Smoking permitted outdoors only. There is a $100 USD charge for room cleaning
if you smoke in doors and you will be asked to leave the Villa. Taxi:
; Radio City Taxi 395-0995. From the Villa: $25.00 pesos to center of town. $55.00
pesos to Amatlán. $30.00 pesos to the caseta (toll booth). From Town to
the Villa: $20-25.00 pesos. Prices may change. Telephone: Phone rates
at the Villa are posted. Phone cards can be purchased at "Super Tepoz"
in town (Ave. Cinco de Mayo) for use in public phone booths. Tipping in Mexico:
Restaurants 10-15%, No tipping for=2 0cab drivers unless they do something very
special for you. Tipping at the Villa: At the Villa, a service charge of
15% on your total food, drink and bar bill will automatically be added. Hou se
keeping is suggested as 10 to 20 pesos per guest per day. $50 pesos per person
is suggested for our Driver. Our personnel strive to exceed your expectations.
If you feel they have done a great job, larger tips are appreciated. Transportation: Buses:
Bus transportation is safe and inexpensive. See the Guest Information Book in
the Living Room for Bus Schedules and Detailed information. Airport Transportation:
Bus from Tepoztlán Toll Booth to Mexico City South Terminal, Taxi from
South Terminal to Airport. Ask for details. See private transportation. Private Transportation:
Private Transportation can be arranged. Please ask the Innkeepers. Tranquility:
You are responsible for seeing that your friends, guests, or family visiting the
Villa respect our rules of the Villa. No loud noises after 12 midnight.

Guest Information Book in Living Room or ask the Innkeeper. Individual Day Tours
may be arranged. Ask the Innkeeper. Wake-Up Call: Alarm clock radio is
available in your room. Please note: Time will not be accurate with interruption
of electricity. A blinking light means that the clock needs to be reset. 0A Water,
Bottled: A complimentary bottle will be in your room on arrival. A 5-gallon water
bottle is located on both terraces for free refills. You may also purchase extra
bottles of water.
