PoliciesWe make a reasonable effort to keep our availability up to date
but the availability display may have changed since we last updated.
Discounts
are not transferable.
Group discounts may be available and are considered
if you call or write us with the details of your request.
Prices are
subject to change unless rooms, tours, room rental fees, restaurant catering fees,
and spa and salon services, and transportation have already been paid for. Room
charges, tours, spa services, holistic services, and transportation pre-booked
and purchased, prior to your arrival date, must be booked and paid for at the
time of reserving your accommodations and services. Food, Equipment, rentals,
room usage fees, grounds rentals, and any other product or services contracted
will need a deposit paid at the time of reservation and full payment may be due
prior to the inauguration of the event or the ending of the event as determined
by management. All reservations within Mexico made by phone must be paid for and
proof of bank deposit must be faxed to 739-395-2943 or E-mail to brucetkramer@aol.com.
All reservations made in Mexico seven days or less prior to your arrival must
be paid for by credit card at the time of bookings. We do accept debit cards.
All cancellations have a 5% processing fee penalty and for payments
made by credit card carry an additional service fee set by the credit card company
at the time of your purchase. All cancellations must be sent in writing. All
cancellations that are sent in writing less then 31 days to your arrival date
carry a 50% cancellation fee and for payments made by credit card carry an additional
service fee set by the credit card company at the time of your purchase. We will
accept no cancellations or give refunds for any room rentals, equipment rentals,
room usage fees, van services, weddings or parties, tours spa services or other
services within 8 days prior to your arrival date. There are no refunds due to
reasons of poor health, emergencies, flight delays, or acts of God.
Calling
to reschedule a reservation date is considered the same as a cancellation and
subject to the same policies as stated above for cancellations and if allowed
is up to the discretion of the management, and will carry a 5% service fee or
greater (based on our cancellation policies as stated above). Reservation date
changes will not be allowed eight days prior to the arrival date. Rescheduling
of rooms when allowed can not be made to a less expensive room since no refunds
will be allowed.
