Question
Bruce and Marci-
Great place you have - we may visit in the next year. When is the best time to visit? I didn't see whether or not you serve dinner at your place or are there restaurants nearby? What is the general cost of round-trip air from Balto.? Are the rooms air-conditioned? Carol said the weather is cool, is it pool/swimming weather? Please email me at my work email.........
Bob & Sue

Answer
Dear Bob & Sue,
Thanks for writing Marci and viewing our website. We are so excited that your brother and sister and law, Jerry and Carol, are coming next week. Here are the answers to your questions about our place.

We are in a very unique area in that the weather is usually 75 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit year round. This makes this a unique area to visit because the climate is usually welcoming and sunny with clear blue skies. The hottest time of the year is March, April and May where it can go up to 85 to 90 degrees but it is very dry and the heat is not oppressive as a result. The coldest time of the year is December and January where the days are around 65 to 70 degrees but the nights go down to fifty which feels cold in our stucco style Villa. We have ceramic heaters in the sleeping rooms to warm you up. The rainy season usually starts in June and runs to September. That is one of the most beautiful times to visit because everything is so green here. The last two years from June through August it usually rains during the night, sometimes all night, leaving the days with sunny cloud free skies. September can be a rainy time during some of the days so this might be the month that would be the least desirable to come.

We have a heated pool and Jacuzzi that we use an ultraviolet light to clean and maintain that are functional and usable 12 months of the year. Our pool is kept at 87 degrees and our Jacuzzi is maintained at 103 degrees. Only in September during the heavy rains would they be unusable for some of the days.

We are proud to have at the Villa Chef Noe to create your gourmet breakfast, and to take care of all of your refreshment and nourishment needs. If you want to have a relaxing day at the Villa, we have an extensive menu and Chef Noe will create any dish to order. We use USDA choice beef, fresh chickens, fresh seafood, and the area has the best local fruits and vegetables year round. Food wise this place is also a paradise. If you want to go out on the town, there are many wonderful restaurants in the area. We have a list of the ones we recommend on our website. Your food tastes will not be hard to satisfy here with many styles of foods from around the world, gourmet cuisine, and great beer and wine choices.

Our rooms are not air conditioned because there is no need for cold air circulation. Our Villa's temperature is cool and comfortable and on a rare hot day each room has a ceiling fan that allows the temperature to feel comfortable. The area also benefits from frequent delicious cool breezes that give the air a magical feeling. This allows the movement of the palm trees and the feeling of comfort and optimal temperatures year round. The fact that, except for the rainy season, the air is very dry allows the weather to feel optimal.

Airline prices to Mexico have been going down quickly and steadily. It depends on the time of the year you decide to book on when you can get the best prices. Last year 20 million foreigners visited Mexico on vacation or business. They predict that number to double in the next fifteen years. More airlines are serving Mexico and discounters are starting to service the area domestically and internationally. Mexico City is the closet International airport to us and we have van service available to pick you up and take you there. For example Mexicana services Baltimore now with a direct flight to Mexico City. In just over 4 hours you can be here. Jerry and Carol were able to get this flight for slightly over $300 round trip per person. That is a great price for international flights.

We would love to have you come down and stay with us. There is so much to do in our area that one week goes by too quickly. The best visits are for a longer period of time. We currently offer 11 different day tours with professional tour guides and chauffeur. We have Spa and Holistic services available on the premises by appointment. There are other incredible cities and towns within a days driving distance that have much to offer in history, culture, shopping, museums, ancient ruins, or beautiful beaches. Mexico City and its wonderful museums and restaurants are an hour away for the people who love the big city life.

Give us a call if you have any other questions.

Love,
Marci & Bruce Inkeepers.
