Weddings & Parties

We offer a beautiful facility surrounded by lush gardens flowers and trees year round. We have panoramic views of the beautiful Tepozteco Mountains a water fall and springs running through our property. We also have beautiful architecture comfortable furniture, frescos, murals, painted glass scenes and an immaculately clean well taken care of facility. We prefer groups of eighty people or less and we deliver the best personal care, service, and high quality food in the area. For any special occasion have your event here at the Villa del Tepoz Fuego Boutique Hotel and you will be proud and glad you did. You can choose to have an informal buffet or a formal sit down dinner.

We have many menu choices and can make tradition al Mexican cuisine or International cuisine. We have the best food in the area and we will help you plan your meal exactly to your taste, liking, and budget. Meals and catering can be arranged and will be priced accordingly. 50% (non refundable) deposit is due upon reservation with the balance due the day of the event.

To rent our facility we require a $1000 USD non refundable deposit for any reason at the time of the reservation. This money is applied to the following items but is not applied to any tips.

We reserve the right to charge a security fee for large parties
A guest list must be furnished to the VTF two days prior to the start of the event and no persons not on the list will be admitted to VTF unless approved by management for your security.

Scheduled rehearsals are free of charge and are available one week prior to the event Monday - Friday 10 AM-5 PM. We are also happy to cater your rehearsal dinner and any special brunch or meal you wish to have for all or part of your group.

Any rented items must be pre-paid by the contractors one month prior to the event.

If your coming to Tepoztlan to attend or have a wedding, please contact us if you wish to arrange for Salon Services here at our hotel. We provide a complete range of services that will be furnished on the premises in our spa by our professional staff. We have bride and other packages available for you and your family and friends. We ask for a minimum of three weeks notice prior to your arrival date to set this up for you. If your planning to bring into our property any service providers that are not on our staff, you must pay a $50 USD fee per service provider and get permission in advance from the Villa del Tepoz Fuego. These fees will be accessed at check out. These service providers will not be granted access to our facility before 8:30 AM or after 11:00 PM any days of their services.
Some of the services we can offer for weddings includes: Manicure, pedicure, hair straightening, hair styling, waxing, haircuts, exfoliation, facials. etc. We a lso have a complete range of massages and other holistic services.

BRIDAL PACKAGE

Cost: 200.00 USD.

The Bridal Package Includes hairdo and makeup trial and hairdo and make up the day of the wedding, an anti-stress massage before the day of the event and either manicure, pedicure or eyelashes one by one as a gift.

BANO DE NOVIA (THE BRIDE'S BATH PACKAGE)

Cost: 120.00 USD


This treatment is designed to help brides to be radiant and revitalized for that special wedding day. This treatment cleanses, hydrates and embellishes bride's skin. The treatment starts with a body exfoliation to get rid of dead cells, after that, the practitioner gives a total body massage for relaxation , then applies moisturizing creams and oils and wraps the body in an osmotic paper so that creams and oils go deep on the skin. This treatment is designed to restore the skin softness and freshness.

Caterer: Use of an outside caterer must be approved by our management. The Caterer is allowed to enter the property two hours prior to the event. Cater must vacate the VTF property one hour after the event. Caterer must clean the kitchen and all food service areas to the satisfaction of management. Caterer must remove all trash when vacating premise from the party. Caterer's non compliance is subject to a $300 clean up charge against contractor security deposit

Fireworks must be lit of f the property and across the street at a designated safe area. Any damages are to be paid by the contractor and can be deducted from the security deposit. Insurance is recommended for this.

We have a large private parking area across from our facility for our guests vehicle. We will not be liable for damages or theft. We will provide security to this area.

We will be happy to help you find a local wedding planner, equipment rentals, musicians, Disk Jockey, Temaxcal, Mariachi, fireworks, and other needed items. All payments are required to be made to us upon our agreement for subcontractors and other rentals. We are not responsible for subcontractors payments, errors and liability issues. We are only acting on your behalf and do it in good faith with the highest intent to please you but will not be held responsible for non VTF contractors non performance. We use only recommended suppliers of services from other parties.
The management reserves the right to change prices and requirements on all of the above without notice. A written contract is required to guarantee prices and availability.

We offer van transportation services and tours for our guests.

We prefer to discuss events with you in person or in real time over the phone. We use e-mail to confirm our agreements and to put in writing our verbal contracts.

The Tepoztlan area requires a permit to hold a wedding and we have a wedding planner recommendation to help you with this.
